The Lax Training Head provides maximum results when used as part of a proper strength training regiment. All players should begin by following all safety instructions and guidelines before beginning training with the Lax Training Head.
The following video series walks through, from Introduction to Advanced Drills, the optimal training drills and techniques to get the most out of the Lax Training Head. These are meant to be incorporated into team applications, or for the motivated player on their own. Each course is slightly tailored to the men's and women's lacrosse games, although you are welcome to explore both sets of videos.
